Feeling the “yuckies” coming on? A few of my lady friends have been coming down with this nasty 24 hour type stomach flu bug. I’ve got something that can help! Even if you don’t have the stomach flu now, stock up on the supplies and be ready for when it hits.
Here’s what you will need:
Here’s what you will do with each (yes, you can use them all at the same time or by themselves!):
- Peppermint Essential Oil: Rub 1-2 drops with a dime size spot of Fractionated Coconut Oil onto your stomach to relieve nausea. You can also apply 1-2 drops with some Fractionated Coconut Oil to the bottoms of the feet to reduce fever.
- Digest Blend: Add 5 drops to a veggie capsule or gelatin capsule and take orally twice a day.
- Lemon Essential Oil: Drink a lot of water while you are sick, as dehydration is usually a result of the stomach bug. Add 2 drops of lemon essential oil to you GLASS drinking vessel (never add to plastic containers!) to detox your body. You can do this all day long if you like.
