Muscle Rub
9 drops of Spark Naturals Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops of Spark Naturals Clove Bud Essential Oil
9 drops of Spark Naturals Wintergreen Essential Oil
6 drops of Spark Naturals Ginger Essential Oil
3-4 teaspoons of the carrier oil of your choice (Fractionated Coconut, Grapeseed, Sweet Almond)
